1. Request User ID and Password
• Once you open an account with Credit Libanais, you can request your credentials from your branch assistant. A user ID and a Password will be sent by Credit Libanais to your registered email address and mobile by SMS respectively.
• You may also apply for the Online Banking service through our website and a Customer Service Representative will be contacting you to guide you through the process.
2. First-Time Login Process
• Upon receiving the ID and Password, you will be required to input these credentials in the login page
• Insert your ID and pass.
• During first-time login you are prompted to enter a One Time Password (OTP) 6 digit number sent to your registered mobile number, change your password, set up security questions and answers.
• If you’re logging into your account using our Mobile App, your User ID and Password will be saved. You are required to set up a 4 digit PIN code which will be only requested once biometric option (Face ID/Fingerprint) is disabled.
• In case of no mobile number/Email address is registered, you should pass by your respective branch and update your account personal details.
3. Forgot Credentials
In case you have forgotten your credentials, you will be able to retrieve the missing identification, either by choosing the “Forgot?” option when logging in through your internet browser or by clicking on “Login with different user” on our Mobile App and then choosing “Forgot Login Details”.
Forgot User ID:
• Enter the email address that is connected to your Online Banking account and complete/ respond to the “Captcha”.
• Click "Submit".
• You will be required to insert a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) which will be sent to your registered mobile number by SMS.
• If your email address is valid, you will receive your User ID through email.
• If you do not receive an email within the next few minutes, please contact the Customer Service Center on 1518 or +961-1-607100.
Forgot Password:
• Insert your User ID first and complete/ respond to the “Captcha”.
• Answer the security questions registered upon your first time login.
• You will be required to insert a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) which will be sent to your registered mobile number by SMS.
• Click “Submit”.
• If your email address is valid, you will receive a temporary Password through email.
• On your next login, you'll be redirected to the Forced Change Password screen, where you'll need to set a new password.
If you do not receive the One-Time-Passcode (OTP) in both situations, please contact the Customer Service Center on 1518 or +961-1-607100.
4. Locked user
After 3 failed login attempts, your password will be locked. The password will be unlocked with one of these 2 scenarios:
• Auto unlock after 150 seconds
• Contact the Customer Service Center on 1518 or +961 1 607100
